4. No Guarantees of Results
While we have achieved strong results across our client base, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors including the quality and size of your lead database, your industry, your average contract value, and market conditions. Any figures referenced on this website represent past results and are not a promise of future performance.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for each engagement are set out in the relevant service agreement. Where no specific terms are agreed in writing, the following defaults apply:
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate applicable under Florida law
Growth Focus LLC reserves the right to suspend services where payment is overdue by more than 30 days

Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Growth Focus LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
